✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:

  • The vending machine arrives damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong model or specification.

  • The machine is not as described or missing key components.

  • You’ve changed your mind within 14 days of delivery (under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

To qualify for a return:

  • Machines must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All returns must include the invoice or proof of purchase.

  • You must contact us before sending any machine back.


🔄 2. How to Request a Return

Please email or call our Returns Department within 14 days of receiving your machine:

When you contact us, include:

  • Your order number and purchase date

  • The machine model and serial number (if available)

  • A brief description of the issue (with photos if damaged)

  • Your preferred outcome: refund, replacement, or repair

We’ll respond within 1–2 working days with a returns authorisation and instructions.


🧰 3. Faulty or Damaged Machines

If your vending machine arrives damaged or develops a fault under warranty:

  • We will arrange collection, inspection, and repair or replacement at no cost.

  • Minor issues may be resolved by our UK service team via remote assistance.

  • All repairs and replacements follow our Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy (minimum 12 months for new machines).


💳 4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping, installation, or site setup fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or sent in error.

If a returned machine shows signs of use, wear, or damage not reported initially, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply.


🚚 5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or installation without penalty.
If the order has already been shipped or installed:

  • The buyer may be responsible for return transport costs and restocking fees.

  • Custom-built or refurbished machines are non-cancellable once production has begun.

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • Used or installed vending machines

  • Consumables and stock products (snacks, drinks, coffee, etc.)

  • Custom-built, branded, or refurbished models configured to buyer specifications


🕒 7. Warranty Coverage

All new machines from VendingMachineStore.uk come with at least a 12-month warranty (some models up to 3 years).
Refurbished machines include a 3–6 month warranty, covering key parts and labour.
Extended maintenance plans and service contracts are available across the UK.
